This role is part of the Global Quality and Continuous Improvement team.  The Continuous Improvement Senior Consultant will support Global HR Operations Leadership Team and HR Operations Teams by managing projects, driving process improvements and leading various change initiatives.  The role involves project leadership, stakeholder management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The work model for the role is: hybrid (8 office days per month).

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Partnering with HR Operations leadership and teams as an enablement lead, facilitating the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and ways of working while building organizational Continuous Improvement (CI) capability and driving sustainable improvements in service delivery, data quality, and customer experience.
  • Leading and managing end-to-end Continuous Improvement and HR Operations projects, including planning, execution, progress monitoring, risk mitigation, and successful delivery of defined outcomes.
  • Identifying and quantifying process improvement opportunities within HR Operations to enhance operational efficiency and service performance.
  • Analyzing operational and performance data and preparing reports and dashboards to generate actionable insights and strengthen accountability.
  • Managing stakeholders at all levels, ensuring buy-in, alignment, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with HR Operations teams and Global, Regional, and Country leadership to implement process optimization initiatives and drive sustainable improvements.
  • Applying structured root cause analysis and problem-solving frameworks to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Mentoring and supporting team members in Continuous Improvement and Project Management practices to strengthen internal capabilities and ways of working.

Qualifications for the role:

  • You have 8+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or GBS/SSC environments, with previous HR Operations experience being a must-have.
  • You have a proven track record in Project Management and Continuous Improvement, successfully leading and delivering improvement initiatives.
  • You are qualified in Lean Six Sigma at Green Belt or Black Belt level, with demonstrated experience leading Lean Six Sigma projects.
  • You are highly skilled in applying structured frameworks for root cause analysis, problem-solving, and performance management, including KPI design and governance.
  • You possess strong data analytics and data literacy skills, with experience preparing reports, visualizations, and KPI frameworks, identifying trends and patterns, formulating hypotheses, and translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • You are highly adept in Workday and/or ServiceNow, with hands-on experience using these platforms in an operational environment.
  • You have experience leading or contributing to AI and automation implementation projects within HR Services.
  • You are at ease communicating fluently in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence in engaging diverse and senior stakeholders.
  • You are structured, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
