Service Team Leader

In this role, you will execute service and maintenance activities in accordance with ABB standards, quality requirements, and safety procedures. You'll work closely with customers across a variety of industrial sectors, delivering technical expertise, troubleshooting complex electrical systems, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

Work model: Remote with Travel

  • Health and Safety best practice.

  • Deliver field services

  • Preventative Maintenance on LV and MV products. (speciality in either)

  • Installation and Commissioning of LV and MV Solutions.

  • Retrofitting, Replacement and Advisory duties.

  • Identify and resolve technical issues through troubleshooting and analysis.

  • Support customers by identifying opportunities to improve operational performance.

  • Prepare materials, parts, and equipment required for service activities.

Qualifications for the Role

  • Qualified Electrician or Electrical Engineer.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in installation and maintenance of MV/LV switchgear.

  • Experience testing and commissioning ABB and/or third-party equipment.

  • Good knowledge of MV protection relays and/or LV Systems

  • Strong service and maintenance background.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

  • Strong customer-facing and relationship management skills.

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.

  • Clean full driving licence.

  • Proficient spoken and written English.
