Pixelfarming Robotics is looking for an experienced and hands-on financial professional who is eager to shape and optimize our financial structure.
As a growing company at the forefront of agricultural robotics, we need a strategic thinker who is also willing to roll up their sleeves and handle operational finance tasks. This is an opportunity to contribute to the future of sustainable agriculture while growing into a leadership role overseeing the entire financial structure of the company.
You are
an experienced controller with a proactive, hands-on approach. You have a strong background in accounting and finance and are eager to take responsibility for the financial operations of a young, fast-growing startup. Over time, you will oversee, organize, and manage the full financial function, including treasury.
Experience & Background
- Strong financial or accounting background with hands-on knowledge of bookkeeping.
- Proven experience in:
- Setting up or optimizing financial administration (general ledger, cost centers, etc.)
- Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow reporting, monthly closings, VAT declarations
- Managing financial administration (internal or external accounting teams)
- Cost price calculations, project budgeting, and realization (preferred)
- Experience in project or production organizations (preferred)
- Presenting financial data and supporting due diligence processes

Your Responsibilities
You will oversee financial operations for both KPRS and Pixelfarming Robotics:
Core Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a compliant and efficient financial administration, aligned with organizational growth and legal requirements, in collaboration with our accountant.
- Lead financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while advising on financial value developments.
- In the long term, manage treasury and financing solutions to ensure financial health and sustainable business growth.
Operational Responsibilities
- Oversee bookkeeping in collaboration with the accountant
- Monthly and quarterly reporting and financial closing
- Short- and long-term cash flow planning
- Support invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments
- Payment processing and procurement support
- Salary payments, expense claims, social security processing
- Provide financial data for insurance and pension providers
Tactical Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate budget and forecast developments
- Advise on financial value, including balance sheets, depreciation, and year-end closings
- Shareholder reporting, including forecasting and financial planning
- Provide reports and support the executive team in financial discussions
- Develop business cases to support funding applications
- Determine necessary funding based on business plans
- Long-term: Build and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and lenders
