Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical and theoretical training in:
Electrical engineering
Electronics
Power engineering and control technology
- Impart knowledge and skills according to the training regulations and internal training plan
- Carry out performance assessments of apprentices
- Support apprentices in exam preparation and in internal and external projects
- Promote the development of technical, methodological, and social competencies
- Collaborate with partner companies, vocational schools, and chambers of industry and commerce
- Develop and implement new teaching and learning concepts related to digitization
Qualifications
- Completed training as an electronics technician
- Ideally: further qualification as a state-certified technician or master craftsman
- Several years of experience in vocational education (e.g. as a vocational trainer (m/f/d) in electrical engineering, training supervisor (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d), master electrician (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d), electrical engineering technician (m/f/d), PLC technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification)
- Knowledge in control technology using VPS and SPS
- Experience in commissioning and troubleshooting in building installation and power systems
- Strong computer skills
- Fluent German (written and spoken); English skills desirable
- Independent and self-reliant working style, with a willingness to learn
- Team player with empathy
