Your Role & Responsibilities
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and proactive individual with an interest in procurement, strong communication skills, and a structured way of working. In this role, you will support both operational and strategic purchasing activities, including procurement processes, master data maintenance, and the coordination of commercial topics. You will work closely with internal teams and suppliers, gain hands-on experience in procurement, and contribute to ensuring material availability and supporting our global procurement strategy.
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month
Support tenders, market analyses, supplier inquiries, and price negotiations in collaboration with experienced buyers.
Support the management of contracts, delivery schedules, and logistics agreements with international suppliers.
Monitor inventory levels, lead times, prices, and support PCN/EOL topics to ensure a stable supply chain.
Collaborate with production planning, order management, suppliers, and internal teams on purchasing activities, master data, and supplier complaints.

What it takes to Run what runs the world
Completed commercial or technical education
Interest in procurement and supply chain management
First practical experience is a plus
Basic understanding of purchasing processes
Good communication and negotiation skills
Structured and analytical way of working
Good German and English skills
SAP/ERP knowledge is a plus

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 3.449,08 EUR monthly for a full-time position as of May 2026. But we would be pleased to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience!
