The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month

  • Drive innovation from concept to series production Independently design and develop innovative linear motor concepts and validate your solutions using state-of-the-art FEM/CFD simulations and digital twin methodologies.
  • Balance technical performance and cost efficiency Apply design-to-cost principles to optimize both product quality and efficiency, while ensuring robust and reliable solutions through FMEA and DVP methods.
  • Turn ideas into manufacturable solutions Collaborate closely with procurement, suppliers, and manufacturing to ensure that new materials and concepts can be implemented efficiently and are suitable for industrial production (DFM/DFA).
  • Work across disciplines and functions Act as a key technical contributor, partnering closely with experts in power electronics, firmware, and software within globally distributed cross-functional teams.

Our team dynamics

Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Everyone brings something unique, and together we push ideas forward to solve real problems. Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here creates real impact out there.

What it takes to Run what runs the world
