AutoStore™ holds a simple yet powerful vision: to store and move things for everyone, everywhere. Founded in Norway, we've grown into a global technology company. AutoStore uses advanced software to automate and orchestrate order fulfillment. Our goal is to ensure orders arrive faster than ever, with minimal environmental impact. That’s how we help brands exceed customer expectations.

We have more than 1600 systems in nearly 60 countries, and we grow continuously as a community of employees, partners, customers, suppliers, and connected technologies. Automation should make life easier, and by listening carefully to our community, we innovate to meet the industry’s most complex needs. With AutoStore™, brands gain speed, efficiency, and improved workplaces. And much more floor space.

AutoStore – moving things forward.

The Role:

We’re not looking for someone to simply run Sales Support in EMEA. We’re looking for someone who wants to redefine it.

AutoStore is transforming how the world stores, moves, and fulfills goods. As we scale, we are also rethinking how we support our sellers, partners, and customers through stronger operating discipline, smarter processes, better use of data, and practical AI and automation.

As Senior Manager, Sales Support – EMEA, you will lead the regional Sales Support team, own service performance, and help shape the next generation of the function.

You will have an experienced team, real operational complexity, and the opportunity to make the entire experience simpler, faster, and more effective.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Your first responsibility is people leadership. You will coach, develop, and raise the performance of the EMEA Sales Support team while building a culture of ownership, responsiveness, quality, and continuous improvement.

  • You will ensure a consistently high-quality Sales Support experience across EMEA, from purchase-order intake through booking and execution.

  • You will stay close to how work actually happens across requests, purchase orders, cases, approvals, systems, handoffs, and escalations, and continually ask:

  • Create simpler, more consistent ways of working for Partners, Sellers, and the Sales Support team.

  • Improve ownership, handoffs, knowledge, and self-service.

  • Use data to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.

  • Partner across Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and other functions to improve the end-to-end experience.

  • Use automation and AI to reduce manual effort and help the team focus on higher-value work.

  • Turn what works into scalable practices across EMEA and beyond.

  • Make AI and automation practical

  • We believe AI will change support operations, but only when it solves real problems.

  • You do not need to be a software engineer. You do need to be curious, technically confident, and able to identify where technology can improve speed, quality, visibility, or experience.

  • You will help translate business problems into clear requirements and work with technical teams to test, adopt, and scale what works.

  • You will stay close enough to the operation to understand how work really happens. That may mean coaching a team member, reviewing SLA performance, helping unblock a critical customer issue, improving a workflow, or testing a new AI-enabled way of working.

  • You enjoy making teams better, are comfortable with systems and operational detail, and naturally look for simpler, smarter ways to get work done.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Support, Commercial Operations, Order Management, Customer Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar environment.

  • 3+ years of direct people-management experience, with demonstrated success coaching, developing, and raising team performance.

  • Experience leading teams in complex, high-scale, or global commercial organizations.

  • A track record of improving operational processes and service performance.

  • Experience managing SLAs, quality, backlog, cycle time, and operational KPIs.

  • Strong process-improvement and root-cause problem-solving skills.

  • Practical knowledge of AI, automation, agentic workflows, and modern digital tools.

  • Experience with CRM, ERP, case-management, workflow, or BI platforms. Salesforce experience is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical judgment and the ability to turn data into action.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • Strong English skills. Additional European languages are an advantage.

We Offer:

  • A Collaborative & Inclusive Culture where we celebrate and value everyone’s contributions, encouraging diverse perspectives in decision-making.

  • Work-Life Balance & Well-being: We offer 1 hour per week of paid exercise, health insurance, and a generous pension plan, prioritizing your mental and physical well-being.

  • A Creative and Safe Workplace by joining a company experiencing rapid growth, with the stability of being Norway’s first unicorn listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

  • International and Supportive Environment within a Norwegian multinational that values collaboration and innovation with a structured onboarding plan and career opportunities within the company

Location for this role is in Germany or the UK.

Application deadline: October 2nd.  Please note that we review applications continuously —if this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply as early as possible! All inquiries are treated confidentially.
