Key responsibilities
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Active involvement in service/aftersales order processing
- Commercial order processing
- Preparation of quotations based on repair requests
- Delivery date tracking
Qualifications for the role
- You are enrolled at a university and have a good understanding of commercial/business processes.
- You have basic knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Excel; optionally SAP.
- You are proficient in German and have strong communication skills.
- You work in a structured manner, are motivated, friendly, and able to work independently.
- You are a team player, open-minded, and show initiative.
